All intellectual property rights related to the Application — including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, database rights, source code, design, and content — remain the sole property of the Service Provider.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application or any part of it without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Application are strictly prohibited.

The Application is provided as an Ad Supported service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Application.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. If the Service Provider introduces paid features or services, you will be clearly informed before any charges apply.

The Application incorporates optional Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide features such as semantic text analysis and table analysis. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process the content you submit in order to deliver the requested functionality.

The Service Provider ensures that all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit your experience. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services linked to or integrated with the Application.

Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity if you do not have access to the internet, or if your connection is limited, slow, or interrupted.

Standard data charges from your internet or mobile service provider may apply when using the Application. The Service Provider is not responsible for any charges you incur from your provider as a result of using the Application.

While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, some content or features may rely on third-party data or AI-generated outputs. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying solely on information provided by the Application.

The Service Provider may release updates to the Application from time to time. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms or functionality.

The Service Provider reserves the right to cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these terms will immediately end and you must discontinue use of the Application.

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
